211 is comprised of local experts who make finding help easier. Their highly trained specialists are available 24/7 to help you access the best local resources and services to address any needs.
Call, text or chat with 211 to connect with a community resource specialist in your area. They can help with:
Supplemental food and nutrition programs
Shelter and housing options and utilities assistance
Emergency information and disaster relief
Employment and education opportunities
Services for veterans
Healthcare, vaccination and health epidemic programs
Reentry assistance for ex-offenders
Support groups for individuals with mental illnesses or special needs
A safe, confidential path our of physical and/or emotional domestic abuse

Beware of Scams
Telephone and email scams are ongoing and are especially rampant during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more about these scams for your protection.
Caller ID Scams
Thurston PUD customers report telephone scams with calls that show Thurston PUD on the caller ID. Or, the caller may falsely claim to represent Thurston PUD.
Some fraudulent calls may include:
Telling customers they owe past due balances or are eligible for a federal tax refund
Trying to sell a service
Claiming a utility shutoff is imminent and asking for personal information to determine if the customer's address will be impacted
Claiming to represent a Thurston PUD initiative so they can sell a product or gain entrance to your home
Demanding payment or face immediate shutoff
Be aware that scammers can disguise their true phone numbers or simply claim to be from Thurston PUD. Thurston PUD is not making these calls.
WE NEVER ASK FOR YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. False financial requests like this should be treated as scams.
Thurston PUD will never ask for payment via a prepaid card or money order over the phone.
Thurston PUD will never ask for your bank information over the phone.
